Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms apply between Vispii (“Vispii”, “we”) and you when you use the Vispii platform. By creating an account or accepting an invitation to a workspace, you agree to them.

The service

Vispii is a platform for authoring, versioning, reviewing, rendering and delivering advertising material. We provide it on a subscription basis and may change or extend its features over time. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Content lives in a workspace, and the workspace owner controls who has access to it and in what role. If you were invited to a workspace by an agency or employer, they decide what you may do in it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the material you upload and to everything you produce with the platform. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, transcode, render, display and — where you ask for it — transmit that material to an advertising platform on your behalf. We claim no ownership over it.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the material you upload, including footage, images, fonts, music and trademarks, and that using it through Vispii does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • produce or distribute unlawful, deceptive or hateful material;
  • breach the advertising policies of a platform we deliver to, which continue to apply to anything you send through us;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to disrupt them, including by circumventing usage limits.

Third-party platforms

Connecting an advertising account lets us act on your instructions through that platform’s API. The platform’s own terms and review processes still apply, and it may reject or remove an ad for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for how a third-party platform handles what you send it.

Fees

Subscription fees, rendering allowances and storage limits are those agreed with you or with the organisation billed for your workspace. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Non-payment may lead to suspension after notice.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and to keep your data intact, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Rendering and delivery depend in part on third-party infrastructure.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost media spend. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for the service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached materially and the breach is not remedied after notice. On termination you can export your content for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts.
